1. Drop-off and Cleanliness: Please drop your bike off 24 hours in advance of your appointment or no later than 11 am on the day of your service. We kindly ask that your bike be brought to us in a clean state.
2. Service Timing: We do not offer specific time slots for servicing your bike. If you wish to wait while your bike is serviced, please provide us with as much notice as possible. We will strive to complete the service by the end of the same day, depending on the availability of spare parts.
3. Cleaning Fee: If your bike requires cleaning, an additional charge of £15 per bike will apply.
4. Confirmation and Approval: You will receive a phone call from the mechanic to confirm the prices before any new parts are fitted. We will not proceed with any work until we have spoken to you first, so please ensure accurate contact details are provided. Any worn or broken parts will be disposed of unless otherwise requested.
5. Collection Timeframe: Your bike must be collected within a week of the service or repair. Failure to collect within a reasonable time may result in a storage charge.
6. Workshop Deposit: A £30.00 deposit will be taken by our workshop team to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the workshop booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill, and if your bill is lower than £30.00, the difference will be refunded to you.
Please note that the prices mentioned below do not include the cost of replacement parts.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with excellent service for your bike. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
